What happens if I exceed my word quota?
Your account remains active and any generation already in progress always finishes. A small buffer prevents content from being cut off. Once the quota is exceeded, you cannot start a new generation until the monthly renewal or an upgrade.
There is no automatic overage charge or surprise billing. You receive a notification before the limit, and the higher quota becomes available as soon as you change plans.
How does the free account work?
You create your account for free and get access to all Waibly features with 10,000 words included. Create your strategy, generate your first articles, test WordPress publishing.
No credit card is required for the free account. You enjoy all features without restrictions. When you're ready, upgrade to a paid plan for more words each month.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect immediately.
If you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change applies at your next billing period. Your sites and content are kept within the limits of the new plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our partner Stripe. Secure and encrypted payment.
Billing is monthly, with no commitment. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No hidden fees, no notice period.
What commitment on the Waibly subscription?
No, no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click from your dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your existing content, but you can no longer generate new content.
How is the word quota calculated?
It depends on how much content you need each month. Solo is ideal for independents who publish a few articles per month. Studio suits growing agencies and multi-site businesses. Agency is designed for teams managing multiple client sites.
