Why your margin shrinks on content

Four hidden costs make content production difficult to sell and even harder to scale.

Onboarding a new client eats unbilled hours

Understanding their industry, market, positioning and tone takes hours per client before the first deliverable. None of that time gets paid for.

ChatGPT has redefined how clients value content

Your clients know generative AI exists. Your writers can no longer justify €150 an article when the output looks close to what the client gets themselves.

Content quality shifts with whoever writes it

Junior, freelancer, external writer: each has their own tone, level and reading of the brief. The client sees the gap between two deliveries and doubts your method.

Without measured SEO results, the service is hard to defend

When your client has to arbitrate their marketing budget, content gets cut first. Not because it's useless — because no one showed them what it brought in.

Four decisive differences for agencies

What you need to produce for multiple clients without losing context, branding or control over costs.

Client deliverables in your colors

Market studies, content strategies and Search Console reports export as PDFs with your logo and colors. Delivered content never mentions Waibly.

A word quota shared across your whole team

Volume is shared across client sites and team members. Your software cost stays predictable even when production varies from one client to another.

Three plans built for agencies

Frequently asked questions

What agencies often ask us.

Do my clients see Waibly on their site?

No. Published content carries no Waibly branding, and your reports — market analysis, content plan, performance stats — export as PDFs with your own logo and colors. Waibly stays your internal tool: your clients never log in, they receive a service under your own brand.

Will the content get penalized by Google?

Google demotes generic, low-value content — not useful content, however it's produced. Waibly doesn't start from a keyword: it draws on the market study, the target audiences and their search intent, the company's offers and information, your own documents, competitor content analysis and the content gap. It then applies the criteria each channel expects: search engine, AI engine, LinkedIn or newsletter.

The output is a draft you review and approve before publishing. You stay in control of what goes live.

Will two clients get the same content?

No. Each client workspace starts from its own data: its market, audiences, offers, documents and competitors. Two clients in the same industry don't share the same positioning or the same search intent to cover — so the content differs accordingly.

How many clients can I manage?

From 3 to 25 client sites depending on the plan: 3 with Studio, 10 with Agency, 25 with Scale. Each client has their own space and dedicated content strategy. Your whole team works with their own access. Need more? Contact us.

Can I bill my clients for the content?

Yes, that is exactly the principle. You set your price according to the level of consulting, approval and volume delivered. Waibly turns a variable per-article cost into a predictable monthly subscription, so you can calculate your margin before building the offer.

Can I test before choosing a plan?

Yes. The free account includes 10,000 words, no credit card. Enough to produce for a real client — market study, strategy and first pieces of content — before choosing Studio, Agency or Scale.

What happens if I go over my word quota?

Any generation already in progress always finishes: it is never cut off. A small buffer is included, after which new generations pause until the quota renews or you upgrade. No overage is charged automatically.

What does Waibly publish content with?

WordPress: one-click publishing from the editor, no copy-paste. For Markdown-based sites (Astro, Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy…), you export the content as Markdown, ready to drop in. HTML export is available for other cases.

Is LinkedIn content included for each client?

Yes, Waibly generates both the content strategy and LinkedIn posts for each client. Blog articles, LinkedIn posts, FAQ: everything is included. You produce content for Google and LinkedIn from the same interface.

How to offer white-label SEO?

Waibly remains your agency's back office. The Agency plan includes 10 client sites with dedicated workspaces. You create the strategy, generate SEO articles and LinkedIn posts, then publish to WordPress or deliver the files.

Content carries no Waibly branding, and PDF reports use your logo and colors. This is not a rebranded client portal: your clients see your deliverables, not the platform.
