Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Waibly, a search-optimized content creation platform published by Waibly SAS.

2. Prices and payment

Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Payment is made in advance by bank card through Stripe at the beginning of each monthly period. Prices are stated before tax.

3. Free account

A free account is available with a quota of 10,000 words and access to all features. No bank card is required. Users can subscribe to a paid plan to receive a higher quota.

4. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is provided.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period when performance began with the consumer’s consent.

6. Ownership of content

Users remain the owners of content generated through Waibly. Waibly acquires no ownership rights over that content.

7. Liability

Waibly provides a content generation tool. Users remain solely responsible for the use, review and publication of generated content. Waibly does not guarantee search-engine results.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Melun, France.
